b. Cancellation Terms

1. Free Membership: If you are a free member, there are no cancellation or refund policies, as you are not required to pay any fees. You are free to stop using the website at any time without any consequences.

2. Paid Membership:

2.1. Cancellation Within the First 7 Days: If you cancel your paid subscription within 7 days of activation, you are eligible for a full refund. This is applicable only for new subscriptions and not for renewals.

2.2. Cancellation After 7 Days: If you cancel after 7 days of subscribing to a paid membership, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you can continue using the service until the end of your billing cycle, at which point your subscription will not be renewed.

3. REFUND POLICY

3. Misleading or Duplicate Charges: If you were charged for multiple subscriptions under the same account by mistake (due to system errors), you will be entitled to a full refund for the duplicate charge.

4. Unsolicited Renewals: If your subscription renews automatically and you were unaware of the auto-renewal process, and you request a refund within 14 days of the renewal, we will review your case and may process a partial or full refund.

b. Non-Refundable Conditions
